I attended a Lender forum this morning at the Steamboat Springs Board Office. It was standing room only with the local Lender community at the helm. Of course there was good news and bad. CRAZY CRIME TIME….

Steamboat Today 4:39 pm.  A complaint was made that a gray sport utility vehicle with the bumper sticker that read “HONK IF YOU LOVE CRACK” was spotted in the 200 block of Lincoln Ave.  The reporting party said those kind of people were not wanted in this town and asked police to investigate…..

Steamboat Real Estate Market Update September 08…

Sales hit 5-year low despite condo sales

Steamboat Springs – Real estate dollar volume in Routt County was off 61.5 percent in August at $58.86 million, but even that number was inflated.

Of the total sales, about $16 million could be attributed to a pair of in-house transactions involving the same vacation ownership company based in Washington state. Read the rest of this entry »
